• You can select up to four colors for your arrangement base. Whether you choose 1 or up to 4 colors, we’ll ensure they are beautifully arranged.
• If you have a specific color preference, feel free to contact us.
• Colors and shape may vary from photo, each number stack is made to order.

• Approximately 52 inches in height.
• No install needed. No install fee.

• Is 4 ft. long and comes in the same color as the base.
• Every garland comes inflated and assembled ready for you to hang up on your own at home.
• Package includes essential installation supplies and easy-to-follow instructions, including adhesive hooks. For best results, we recommend applying painter’s tape to the wall before attaching the hooks (tape not included).

Arrangements can be delivered up 1 or 2 days before your event. They will stay inflated for days and even weeks if kept in a cool area.

• Balloon durability cannot be guaranteed in outdoor environments. For optimal results, keep balloons in shaded areas and avoid contact with rough or sharp surfaces.
• Outdoor exposure can cause balloons to lose their shine and deteriorate faster, leading to potential color fading. They are also more prone to popping in high heat.
• Air-filled foil balloons may expand in hot temperatures and shrink in cold weather. To preserve their shape, avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures.

• For the best experience, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order to confirm the availability of your desired balloon colors.
• To ensure we have everything ready for your event, please place your order at least two weeks in advance.
• If any items are unavailable, we will promptly contact you with alternative options.

• All arrangements are delivered to your home. The shipping fee will be applied at the time of final payment.
• Our standard delivery window is between 10-6pm. If you need delivery by a certain time please email us before ordering, additional fee applies.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the balloons and bring them indoors immediately upon delivery. Balloons left unattended outdoors have a higher risk of popping or flying away. Re-delivery is not available.
• We deliver balloons within Hudson, Stow, Kent, Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding areas.
